Our store is hosted by Wix.com. They provide an online e-commerce platform and payment services that allow us to sell products and services to you.

RIGHT TO PURCHASE:

 

In order to make a purchase at rozmaringdesign.com, you must provide your personal information. Namely, you must provide your real name, email, and, you must provide your payment details, which you must declare and guarantee to be valid and correct. You must confirm that you are the person to whom the billing information you provide refers.

We reserve the right to reject any order you place. We may limit or cancel the quantities that a person may purchase at our sole discretion. If we change or cancel an order, we will contact you at the e-mail and / or billing address / telephone number provided when placing the order. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities shipped from one item to one mailing address.

By making an offer to purchase a product, you expressly authorize us to check with your payment service provider, depending on your payment method, to see if you have sufficient funds to purchase the product. CONTRACTING, PURCHASE STEPS:

For the product you are looking for, it is possible to select a size (this option varies from product to product), to specify the number of pieces according to the limited number of pieces in stock.

 

If you have selected the size of the product you want to buy, its quantity, click "Add to cart!" labeled button. By pressing the button, the selected product is added to your cart according to the size and number of pieces you specified. If you want to continue shopping, you can view other products within the "Webshop" menu item, and add them to your cart as described earlier. If you do not want to expand the contents of your cart, click the "Go to order" button. If you can't find this button, click on the small shopping cart icon in the header of the website, which will automatically direct you to continue your order. In this redirected interface, you can once again check the contents of your cart, the totals of the products you want to buy. If you change your mind about purchasing a product, you can delete the product from your list or change its size or quantity by clicking on the X button next to the listed product.

Then click "Next". Before payment, you need to fill in the form with your billing and shipping information. After completing it, please read the General Terms and Conditions carefully, in which you will find out in detail the terms and conditions related to the purchase of the product, your rights, the method of delivery, the rules of any exchange or complaint handling that may arise. If you have read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions, please tick the box before "I have read and accept the GTC, I acknowledge that the order is subject to payment". Click the "Go to Checkout" button.
You can enter the data required for credit card payments on the cash register interface. The prices indicated on the website include VAT, in gross price, in HUF. The buyer can choose the payment method that suits him / her: payment can be made with Paypal and Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro bank card.

As a final step in your purchase, click "Pay!" button.

If the transaction was successful, we will redirect you to "Thank you for your purchase!" interface where we inform you that we will send a confirmation email to your email address within 48 hours.

We will notify you within 48 hours of a successful order at the email address you provided. If the confirmation is not received, the buyer is released from the obligation of the contract. The contract is concluded and registered in electronic form, but will not be available later.

 

If you have placed your order, but your intention to purchase has changed, you would change your order (for example, in terms of number or size), please notify us by email or phone within 12 hours of placing your order. TRANSPORT:

 

Delivery of the ordered products within Hungary is free of charge. The product will be delivered within 2-5 working days from the order, but no later than within 30 days. The ordered product will be taken by the GLS parcel service to the place specified by the customer. In the case of delivery outside Hungary, the delivery cost varies depending on the destination country, in which case the buyer pays the delivery costs.

If you cancel your product, exchange it or apply for a refund of the price of the product, you will be charged the shipping fee for returning the product.

 

Rozmaring Hungarian Design is insured for all purchases for the duration of delivery until they are delivered to the delivery address you specify. Please note that we try to place all orders within 48 hours, during the promotional period within 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are for guidance only and start from the date of shipment. Rozmaring Hungarian Design is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance procedure in the country of destination.

 

Delivery to Hungary is free of charge, and in the case of delivery outside Hungary, we will contact the buyer after the order in order to specifically agree on the delivery costs.

 

COMPLAINT HANDLING AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

 

We may receive any complaints in writing (by e-mail or post) or by telephone. We will respond to an incoming complaint immediately, but no later than within 30 days. If the situation cannot be resolved immediately, we will take a report and send it to you along with the response letter. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the buyer may apply to the competent consumer protection authority or conciliation body. The company has a duty to cooperate in conciliation proceedings.

1. Supplies Warranty

In what cases can you exercise your right to warranty for supplies?

In the event of incorrect performance of the Rengei Georgina ev, you may assert a warranty claim against the company in accordance with the rules of the Civil Code.

What rights do you have based on your supplies warranty claim?

You can choose to use the following supplies warranty claims:

 

You can request a repair or replacement unless it is impossible to meet the need you have chosen or would incur a disproportionate additional cost to your business compared to meeting your other need. If you have not requested or could not request the repair or replacement, you may request a proportionate reduction in the consideration or you may have the defect repaired at someone else's expense or have it repaired or, ultimately, withdraw from the contract.

You can transfer from your chosen supply warranty to another, but you will bear the cost of the transfer, unless it was justified or given by the company.

What is the deadline for you to enforce your warranty claim?

You must report the defect immediately after it is discovered, but no later than two months after the defect is discovered. However, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that you may no longer exercise your warranty rights beyond the limitation period of two years from the performance of the contract.

To whom can you enforce your warranty claim?

You can enforce your supplies warranty claim against the business.

What are the other conditions for enforcing your warranty rights?

Within six months of performance, there are no conditions other than the notification of the defect to enforce your warranty claim if you certify that the product or service was provided by Rengei Georgina ev. However, after six months from the date of performance, you must prove that the defect you identified already existed at the time of performance.

 

2. Product Warranty

 

In what cases can you exercise your product warranty right?

In the event of a defect in a movable thing (product), you may, at your option, assert the right or product warranty claim specified in point 1.

What rights do you have based on your product warranty claim?

As a product warranty claim, you may only request the repair or replacement of a defective product.

In which case is the product considered defective?

A product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in force at the time of placing on the market or if it does not have the characteristics specified by the manufacturer.

What is the deadline for you to enforce your product warranty claim?

You can assert your product warranty claim within two years of the product being placed on the market by the manufacturer. Upon expiry of this period, he shall lose this right.

Against whom and under what other conditions can you assert your product warranty claim?

You can only make a product warranty claim against the manufacturer or distributor of the movable item. You must prove the defect of the product in the event of a product warranty claim.

In which cases is the manufacturer (distributor) released from its product warranty obligation?

The manufacturer (distributor) is only released from its product warranty obligation if he can prove that:

the product was not manufactured or marketed in the course of his non - business activities, or

the defect was not recognizable in the light of current scientific and technical knowledge at the time of placing on the market, or

- the defect of the product results from the application of legislation or a mandatory official regulation.

It is sufficient for the manufacturer (distributor) to prove a reason for the exemption.

 

Please note that due to the same error, you cannot claim a warranty for a product and a product warranty at the same time, in parallel. However, if your product warranty claim is successfully enforced, you can assert your warranty claim against the manufacturer for the replaced product or repaired part. ”

 

STOP:

 

The buyer has the right to try the product, but if it is not suitable for him and he intends to withdraw it, it is not recommended to use it (including removal of the label), because if the customer has used the product and returns it, in that case, the business can claim damages. The consumer is liable for depreciation resulting from use in excess of that required to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. The shipping cost of the return is borne by the buyer.

Within 14 days of receipt of the product, the consumer has the right to withdraw without justification. The consumer may exercise his right of withdrawal by means of a clear statement or by using a model statement. We recommend that you make your withdrawal in writing.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal between the date of conclusion of the contract and the date of receipt of the product. If the courier service has already taken over the product and takes it to the delivery address, the cost of returning the product will always be borne by the buyer in case of withdrawal.

 

If written in writing, the statement must be sent to our postal / e-mail address provided within 14 days. The product must be returned to the consumer within 14 days of notification of the withdrawal. We will return the full amount paid to you within 14 days of becoming aware of the withdrawal.

 

EXCHANGE:

 

If the size is not correct, the customer can return the product - the return fee will be borne by the customer - and we will send him another size within 14 days of receiving the returned package. In this case, we ask the buyer to contact us (in writing or by phone) to discuss whether the desired size is in stock.

In order to claim a replacement due to an incorrect size, the following conditions must be met at the same time:
a.) the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
b.) the disposable identification label has not been removed from the products;
c.) the products must be returned in their entirety and without use, in their original packaging;
d.) The return process must be started within 14 days of receipt of the product. Please contact us by phone or in writing before returning to let us know your intention to return it.

If you have met all of the requirements set out above, the rozmaringdesign.com team will replace the returned products as needed. Please note that you can only replace the product with the same type but different color or size. Delivery of one replacement per order is free of charge. If you wish to exchange for another type of product, we will refund you and place a new order for the desired product. The delivery time of the exchange product within Hungary is 14 days from the receipt of the returned product. If the returned products are not acceptable, we will notify you. In this case, we will return the products to you within three (3) days in the condition in which they were sent to our address or we may claim damages. If you do not wish to return the products in the condition in which they were sent to Seller, Seller is entitled to retain the products and any amounts already received.

Please note that we are unable to refund any duties, taxes and fees paid on the delivery of purchased products.

PRICING RULES:

 

All prices and offers are valid for the advertised period. The prices of the products are to be understood gross and in HUF. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice and, if necessary, cancel the currently published offer (without affecting orders already placed).

 

For customers in countries to which we ship on DDP (delivered with customs duty) shipping terms, we will also charge the applicable import duty, tax and handling fee. These costs are included in the final purchase price. For customers in countries to which we ship on DDU (delivered duty free) shipping terms, we will only charge the items purchased and the shipping cost. The cost of import duty or tax will be invoiced directly to you by our forwarder or an import agent designated by you. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to determine the price plus import costs before purchasing.

If your credit / debit card is not denominated in the same currency as the currency of the payment, the final price will be calculated by your payment service provider / bank using the cross-currency exchange rate valid on that day.

PAYMENT:
